Day 1:
The Machu Picchu one day tour starts very early, we will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 am. Then we will take a bus to Ollantaytambo where you will board your 6:10 am train which will take you to the town of Machu Picchu, which is also known as Aguas Calientes. The train takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive, during this time you will be able to enjoy the Andean mountains and its beautiful snow-capped peaks.
Once we arrive in Aguas Calientes we will take the bus to the Inca city of Machu Picchu, where we will have a 2.5 hour guided tour with one of our professional and bilingual guides. After that time, you can explore Machu Picchu on your own for as long as you wish. After this, you can leave the Inca city and take the bus back to Aguas Calientes and go to the train station to catch the 6:20 pm train back to Ollantaytambo, and then drive back to Cusco. We will be back in Cusco around 10 pm.
